Did you know that as your day-of coordinator, we're often the ones responsible for making the final weather call?
That means we're watching the radar constantly, communicating with vendors, monitoring timing, and making the tough decisions so you don't have to. Our goal is simple: take the stress off the couple and their families and make the best day possible happen.
This past weekend was the perfect example. The bride dreamed of an outdoor ceremony, and despite the rain throughout the day, we were able to make it happen during the perfect weather window. Not only did she get the outdoor ceremony she wanted, but she also got beautiful photos to remember it by.
Behind the scenes, our team was:
✨ Communicating go/no-go plans with vendors
✨ Drying chairs before guests arrived
✨ Setting décor between rain showers
✨ Adjusting timelines as weather changed
While everyone else was enjoying the celebration, we were working through every backup plan and weather update to make sure the day flowed as smoothly as possible.
That's what coordination is really about. It's not just keeping the timeline on track—it's solving problems before they become stress for the couple.
