Monitor the wind for your next event and have a plan B. 20 plus mph in an open area for a tent may not be possible.

Tonight is one of those situations that we had to reach out to our customers and not be able to set up TENTS ONLY due to the approaching SEVERE storms that are predicted tonight
This is out of our control and in our contract however this is the policy that we follow when faced in this weather situation for not only the safety of our customers but for our equipment
