Hi, we’re Angie Quiocho and Caitlin McGrath the founders of Q’s Island BBQ.

We started this journey in 2021 with a dream, a grill, and Angie’s family recipes—passed down through generations. From day one, our mission has been simple:

➡️ Feed people food that feels like home.
➡️ Bring island flavors to the community.
➡️ Make sure no one is left behind or forgotten.

Thanks to the love and support from YOU—our incredible community—we’ve grown beyond what we ever imagined. We’ve catered events, partnered with Cal State Fullerton Softball, and built an amazing following of nearly 400,000 people who believe in what we do.

We’re Ready to Take Q’s Island BBQ to the Next Level—But We Need Your Help!

The demand for our food is bigger than ever, and we’re ready to expand into a full-time operation—allowing us to serve more people, take on larger events, and bring Q’s Island BBQ to even more communities.
