We recently catered a 20th anniversary for the Honorable Mrs. and Mr. Kirby of Pattison, Texas. Daphney Kirby is the mayor of Pattison, Texas!
Although it was a small group of family and friends, everyone had an amazing time, I really enjoyed the food that Rojo's catering provided.
We served chicken salad, club, BLT, and tea sandwiches, and mango and shrimp ceviche, followed by homemade deep-fried apple fritters with a powdered sugar glaze everyone was very pleased!!

Congratulations Kirby's on 20 years! Hope to see you at 30!!!
