📣 A little “How Brazil KitchFix Works” refresher!
We sometimes get questions about when we’re open, so we wanted to explain exactly what Brazil KitchFix is and how our week works!
Brazil KitchFix is a meal prep + catering company that is open to the public three days a week. While you may see us at the kitchen almost every day, much of our week is spent behind the scenes shopping, prepping, cooking and preparing catering and meal prep orders.

Takeaway Lunch
Each Monday we offer a featured lunch available for walk-in purchase.
🥗 TUESDAY | 11 AM–1 PM
Grab & Go
Stop in and shop our ready-to-go salads, sandwiches, sides, soups, charcuterie and more. Selection varies each week!
🛍️ TUESDAY | 3:30–6 PM
Weekly Meal Prep Pickup + Grab & Go
This is pickup time for orders that were preordered from our weekly meal prep menu via our website.
Our Grab & Gos are also available for anyone to shop during this time—no preorder needed for those items!

So what are we doing the rest of the week? A LOT. 😂
Even when our doors aren’t open for regular walk-in hours, we are usually here working! We’re grocery shopping, prepping weekly meals, filling catering orders, preparing for weddings, business lunches, events, charcuterie orders and everything else that happens behind the scenes.
We aren’t a traditional restaurant with daily operating hours. We are a meal prep and catering kitchen with designated hours for the public to shop and pick up orders.

And as always, keep an eye on our page for weekly menus, Monday lunch specials, Grab & Go offerings and any schedule changes!
(This also means we cannot always do last minute orders. We order for the week, and do not have all the things on hand at any given time. Lunches and grab & gos are first come first serve- I always try to holdback items when asked, but more often than not, I do not see the request as I’m busy cooking. Because there are one or two of us working at a time during “open hours” and we are cooking or taking care of customers, phone calls do not always get answered. Leave a voicemail and we will call you back when we can.)
