Great vendors make beautiful elevated events.
First and most importantly Remember: This day is about the couple, quinceañera and your client.
Your business is an important part of making the celebration special, but the event is not a promotional opportunity. Let your work be the best promotion for your business.
Please keep promotional signage, tents, banners, flags, and similar materials to a minimum.
✨ Elevate your business AND the event:We encourage professional business attire, specially if you will be attending to guests. Also a clean, elegant setup using black tents, black linens, and professional, cohesive displays whenever applicable. Talk to your client about their color scheme and design and try to complement it as much as possible.
Your answers are most likely in the event timeline, so please review it carefully!
✨ Please confirm your arrival time and service hours ASAP after receiving the timeline.
✨ Questions or special requests? Please reach out BEFORE the event day so we have time to prepare and support you. We cannot guarantee day-of requests.
✨ Please arrive during your assigned arrival window. Avoid arriving in the middle of the couple’s getting-ready time or during the ceremony unless your timeline specifically requires it.
✨ Come prepared to provide your service from start to finish. Please bring everything you need, including extension cords, ladder, generator tables, linens, clamps, tools, water to stay hydrated, and any other supplies required for your service. If something needs to be plug leave it plugged, unless you have assigned someone to do it.
