We are honored to be the new owners of the well-known event space previously known as the Knights of Columbus (K of C) building located at 138 County Road 50, Brasher Falls, N.Y. building with a seating capacity of approximatel
y 300 people. It features a commercial grade kitchen and a full bar (coming soon). There is also ample parking, and a softball field. Our building is situated on 10 beautiful acres just outside of scenic Brasher Falls, N.Y. Our convenient location near the Brasher Falls State Forest makes us a great stop and connection to the surrounding trail system for your off-roading adventures including four-wheeling, snowmobiling and horse-back riding. We look forward to participating in your next special occasion ride. We are the Pike Family, a family-owned and operated mother (Connie Pike), son (Dan Pike), and daughter-in-law (Bridgette Pike) partnership working together to make your next event memorable. We are proud to say we each have close ties to this area. In fact, not only have we been a part of this great community for our entire lives; we are each local business owners within the Brasher / Winthrop area. Connie owns and operates a wine and liquor store known as Spirits of Downtown, located in Brasher Falls. Dan owns and operates UnderCover Storage in Winthrop, offering indoor and outdoor storage, U-Haul moving truck rentals, and Fed-Ex / UPS shipping and returns. Bridgette, a licensed massage therapist, is the owner of Natural Massage Therapy and has an office privately located within the UnderCover Storage building. Together we offer 35 years of combined business experience in our local community. We are excited to continue building more great relationships while bringing our community closer together.
