April graduated from Buffalo State College with a degree in Hospitality Management. She later decided to pursue her MBA to specialize in successful event management and running a successful business. She has worked for the Compass Group as a Director of Operations for several years while there she executed special events, coordinated using creative design while executing events on the day of, managing special projects, and working with high end clientele April has built years of experience learning the art of creatively designing, and developing events and logistically managing the ex*****on for the “day of” event. April thrives on passion and out of the box creativity. She loves allowing her creative side to take over her inner thoughts and bring them to life by executing an Above Elegant Affair. April is especially excited to get to work with all ages. Her Children entity Kid Stylez allows her to bring all her life joys together. April have been passionate about her work for many years with her passion and skills she was able to successful start her Event planning and Kid entertainment “ company Above Elegant Affairs”.

I remember people telling me I was too young to get married well if you know me I don’t allow anyone to tell me what I should or should not do because I believed we all have our own journey and experiences to live . What worked for you may not work for me that has always been my logic . I’m so happy 14 years ago I didn’t listen to those people. I married my Best Friend we had more ups then we did downs . We uplift one another and we keep our marriage open to share our love but private to protect our love . Happy anniversary Tyreace I’m ready to really get this party started.
