It's time for the Corning Farmers Market again tomorrow!

We will have lots of potted herbs as well as some blueberries and elderberries. Plus, a few small bouquets, grapevine wreaths and garlic 🧄!

It's time for the Painted Post Farmers' Market again tomorrow. We will have a few flowers from the gardens as well as some fresh kiwi berries, plums and pears from Ort Family Farm. Also, we will have some potted herbs, fruiting plants and succulents along too. Please be sure to stop by and check out all of what we will bring.

It's a rainy morning. ☔ So, we are continuing our work on migrating the tender plants into the mini tunnels to be covered and heated. A few of the things we are moving are rosemary, olives, pineapple guavas, citrus, scented geraniums and eucalyptus. The figs will follow suit in a few weeks once they are done fruiting and dropping leaves.

It's that time of the week! We are getting packed up for the Corning Farmers Market tomorrow. We will have lots of potted plants such as black raspberries, elderberries, figs and blueberries. Plus, large and small potted herbs including mixed herb pots for your kitchen. We will also have small bouquets, some of the last fresh flowers from our garden for the season. Be sure to stop on by and shop our selection as well as that of the other vendors.

It's time to harvest the roselle hibiscus calyxes! We grew Thai Red (larger sized calyxes with green tips) and St. Kitts and Nevis (smaller size calyxes with dark red tips) varieties this year. All will be going into the dehydrator tonight and into tea this winter.

Would you like to try growing your own fresh fruit to eat and leaves to use in tea?

If so, we have some small plants of Alma and Excel varieties available here this fall. All the plants have been propagated off of our own stock.

We had a change in our vacation plans. Hence, we are here at the Painted Post Farmers' Market. We got flowers and plants including some potted blueberries. Plus, some of the fruit that Ort Family Farm offers. Please stop by and see all of us here at the market.
