As we head into our 11th year in business, I've been taking a moment to reflect.

When I started Bridekick Wedding Planners, my goal was simple: treat every couple's wedding like it was the only wedding that mattered. Ten + years later, that hasn't changed.

I'm incredibly grateful that our couples have trusted us with one of the biggest days of their lives—and even more humbled that they've taken the time to share their experiences. Seeing 5-star reviews across Google, Facebook, The Knot, WeddingWire, and Zola is something I never take for granted. Every review represents a real couple, a real wedding, and a team that poured their heart into making the day seamless.

If you're newly engaged, my biggest piece of advice is this: research your vendors. Read reviews. Ask questions. Look for consistency, experience, and the way they care for their couples—not just beautiful photos.

Your wedding day deserves professionals you can trust when the unexpected happens, because that's where experience truly matters.

Why We Don't Offer "Day-Of Coordination" and why you shouldn’t hire a “day of” coordinator.

One of the most common questions we get is: "Do you offer day-of coordination?"

The answer is no, and here's why.

A wedding coordinator cannot simply walk into your wedding on the morning of your event and magically know every detail.

Your coordinator needs to understand your vendor contracts, timeline, floor plan, family dynamics, special traditions, transportation logistics, décor plans, and countless other moving pieces before wedding day ever arrives.

Think about it this way: would you hire someone to manage one of the most important days of your life without giving them any time to prepare?

A successful wedding day and planner happens because of the work done BEFORE the wedding.

That's why at Bridekick Wedding Planners, we offer Month-Of Coordination. During the final weeks leading up to your wedding, we take the time to:

As we look ahead to 2027 and 2028, we're thrilled to share that Bridekick Wedding Planners is evolving alongside the incredible couples we serve.

Over the past decade, we've had the honor of coordinating hundreds of weddings across NJ, California, Florida and beyond—from intimate celebrations to grand, luxury events. As our business continues to grow, we've made the intentional decision to take on fewer weddings each year so we can provide an even more elevated, personalized planning experience for our couples.

Beginning with our 2027 and 2028 calendars, our pricing will be increasing to reflect this enhanced level of service and our focus on luxury weddings, private estates, destination celebrations, and highly customized guest experiences.

For our current booked couples, nothing is changing. 🤍 Your pricing, services, and agreements remain exactly as promised. This update applies only to future bookings and inquiries moving forward.

This shift allows us to dedicate more time, creativity, and attention to each event while partnering with some of Florida's most exceptional venues and vendors to create unforgettable wedding weekends.
