*Rustic roulades (vegetarian version available); flatbread rolled w/ two seperate fillings: ham & swiss w/a dijon creamed cheese; smoked turkey & havarti w/ cranberry marscapone

* Holiday gourmet cookie platters

Hello Friends,
Dawn and I have decided to bring our passion for food and creativity back into our lives by starting our new catering business Cherry Blossom Catering.
Cherry Blossom Catering will be featuring Chef Brady's tapas style catering, however, we are pleased to customize menus to fit any special event you may have. We will also be featuring Dawn's gourmet ice cream cakes and confections (Yum!).
We are experienced in multi venue catering (ie: yachts, planes, beach, private homes...), themed events (ie: A Night in Venice) and much more.
We are open for business and ready to treat you to many creative culinary delights!
