At The One Stop Wedding Shop, it’s not always about working, weddings, vendor events, or shows. Sometimes, it’s simply about coming together as a family. 🤍

Yesterday, our amazing vendor Jen, owner of Sunny Days Beach, created a beautiful beach setup for our vendor family at Coquina Beach on Anna Maria Island. We gathered, relaxed, laughed, watched the sunset, and shared food—with everyone bringing something representing their culture. It was such a beautiful evening of fellowship, friendship, and community.

This is what makes The One Stop Wedding Shop special. We’re more than a network of vendors—we believe in building genuine relationships and supporting one another beyond the events we create for our clients.

And Jen’s setup was absolutely beautiful! 🏖️☀️

Join us for an evening packed with tricks, treats, and jaw-dropping entertainment—and the best part? It is completely FREE to attend!
Bring your friends, bring your family, and dress in your best Halloween attire for a night you won’t forget.

🎪 EVENT SCHEDULE
6:30 PM | Free Dance Group Class: Kick off the evening by learning a fun dance before the main festivities start!
7:00 PM | The Spooky Carnival Begins!
🎃 WHAT TO EXPECT
Social Dancing: Learn the basic moves to popular social dances. Our teachers will be able to help you fit in on the dance floor!
Live Student & Teacher Performances: Watch our talented students and instructors take the stage for thrilling, themed Halloween performances.
Carnival Games: Step up and try your luck at our spooky carnival game booths for fun prizes. Game tickets will be available for purchase at the front desk during the event.
Costume Contest: Show off your Halloween spirit! Enter our costume contest for a chance to win top prizes.
Socializing & Treats: Enjoy festive vibes, spooky tunes, and Halloween fun all night long.

All guests who RSVP and attend will be gifted with a complimentary dance lesson!

First and foremost, we would like to express our immense gratitude to our wonderful host, Waxing the City Bradenton, and to all of our incredible One Stop Wedding Shop Sarasota One Stop Wedding Shop vendors who participated in our Glow & Flow event on September 19th.

To every guest who attended, stopped by, supported our vendors, shared a kind word, or simply came to experience the afternoon with us — THANK YOU! 💕 Your support means more to us than we can possibly express.

We had a phenomenal event, and as we approach our THIRD ANNIVERSARY, we cannot help but reflect on how far we have come. We are incredibly grateful to our clients, customers, supporters, and our amazing family of 100+ vendors who continue to believe in the vision of The One Stop Wedding Shop.
