Here's one for the ladies! I made this salad for a bbq last night for Everthing in this came from my garden, and is of course, edible and delicious. So much to be thankful for. . Wow! Fyi, I live in town (small yard). Made a wonderfully tasty huckleberry /plum vinegrette for topping it off. Delightful! For a salad anyways ha

Hey everyone, Q Mc B's is all set up and ready to serve delicious Bbq morsels tonight from 5-8pm at Kenyon Noble in Bozeman for the Bbq & Blues Fest. Come out and enjoy live music, and food from 20+ Bbq vendors. . Especially Q McB's... PUT IT IN YOUR MOUTH

It's official! Q McB's BBQ is up and running. I'll be at the American Legion in Manhattan for the Potato Fest 8/18 & in Bozeman 8/24,25th for the Bozeman BBQ and Blues Fest/ Pitmasters classic. More thanks than I can give go out to so many wonderful friends and family members who've supported and helped enable this amazing journey, such as DAVE CRONK , JASON LAMBRECT for the custom Mx Proshop fab job , JOSH BOURASSA for your amazing art and creativity and long loyal years, along with my boys! JOSHUA HUEY (ISH) & JOE MORGAN (Meaty) for the maiden competition and generally awesome company. VALERIE LAMBRECT for your patience and killer screen and graphic work for my banner, shirts etc (and putting up with me building my trailer with J). CLINT MARCOTT for the delicious and easy to make tasty morsels (which BTW are featured at both upcoming events ). I am so grateful and thankful to all of you and the numerous not mentioned, like Beavs, the Cpts posse, and the States family Bbq gene.. and last but not least.. the LANDMAN, OG Bbq master DENNIS STATES.. love ya pops, get ready, it's happening!
