Carefree Events is an event planning and coordination service based out of Bozeman, Montana. Heather is adept at planning weddings in all styles and budgets.

Owned and operated by Heather Hagg, who has over 15 years in event and hospitality experience. Working side-by-side with her clients, Heather remains devoted to the big day, from the first consultation to the grand farewell. Heather's calm demeanor, combined with her hospitible attitude make the planning journey enjoyable. Carefree Events customizes all of their packages to each couple's unique wedding needs, from simple day-of coordination to full service planning. They will come along side of you at whatever point in the planning process you find yourself. Their goal to guide their clients one phase at a time so that the planning process can be fun, exciting and stress-free!

One of my favorite parts of the planning process is getting onsite and seeing all the details start to come together — walking through the flow of the day, talking through logistics, tasting the menu, and imagining how the space will completely transform.

And with views like these… it’s pretty hard not to get excited. 🏔️
