✨ WHY CHOOSE ONE WHEN THEY CAN HAVE BOTH?! ✨

🤸‍♀️ GYMNASTICS + 💃 DANCE = ONE AMAZING CLASS!

What if your little one could build gymnastics skills AND explore dance movement—all in the same class?! 🙌

Our Gymnastics & Dance class gives kids the best of both worlds. They’ll get to:

🤸‍♀️ Learn gymnastics skills
💃 Explore dance & creative movement
💪 Build strength, flexibility & coordination
⭐ Grow confidence & self-esteem
💕 Make new friends
🎉 Have FUN while learning!

And the best part? You don’t have to choose between gymnastics and dance. They get BOTH! 😍

It’s the perfect opportunity for little ones who love to move, twirl, tumble, jump, dance, and try new things.

✨ ONE CLASS. TWO PASSIONS. SO MUCH FUN. ✨

📅 THURSDAYS
⏰ 10:15–11:00 AM
👧 Ages 4–6

If you’ve been looking for something fun and different for your little one, this is it!

🤸‍♀️ + 💃 = ❤️

Come let them explore BOTH. How cool is that?!

💕 MOMS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU. 💕

If you’ve been thinking about trying Fit Mom but keep finding a reason not to come… this is your sign.

You don’t have to be “in shape” before you start.
You don’t have to know anyone.
You don’t have to be a fitness expert.
And you definitely don’t have to leave your kids at home. ❤️

Fit Mom is about showing up, moving your body, getting stronger, and having a little fun while you’re doing it.

It’s a conditioning-style workout designed specifically for moms who want to feel healthier, stronger, and more energized — PLUS your kids get open gym time while you work out! 🙌

And honestly? One of the best parts is the community. Come work out, laugh, socialize, and maybe make a few new mom friends along the way. 🥰

You don’t need to wait until you feel ready.

Just come as you are. We’ll take it from there. 💪💕

📅 Wednesdays & Fridays
⏰ 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
