My name is Kathy. As your celebrant, I will treat each wedding as if it were for my own child(whose own beach wedding is where my idea began). I have been a notary public, certified in Florida as well as an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church since 2011. I offer a personal, caring ceremony that we will tailor to meet all of your need. I take great pride in providing services that are
