Professionally trained in hospitality and event planning, Maria began her career with the esteemed Italian catering company Le Arcate, where her passion for creating unforgettable experiences took root.

After years of visiting her sister in the U.S., Maria made South Florida her home in 2015. She quickly became known for her warmth, dedication, and attention to detail while working in a local Italian restaurant. In 2019, we were thrilled to welcome her to the Chez Gourmet family—and she’s been dazzling clients ever since.

With a vibrant career that began in New York—planning events for UNICEF and managing prestigious trade shows—Liz brings decades of experience and creative flair to every event she touches.

After moving to Florida in 1997, Liz organized impactful fundraising events for the American Cancer Society before taking time to raise her two daughters (and throw some unforgettable birthday parties along the way!). Her return to the professional world included a role as Editor of a Boca Raton magazine, where her eye for design and storytelling truly shined.

Since joining Chez Gourmet in 2014, Liz has worn many hats: staff coordinator, office manager, proposal writer, graphic designer, and event planner. Her favorite part? The variety—and the joy of being part of so many special moments in our clients' lives.

We’re lucky to have her talent, creativity, and heart on our team!.
