When A and N reached out to me for their Castle wedding last fall, one of the first details they shared with me was the vibrant color palette they had chosen. That palette was set for the florals, and it was now up to us to put the finishing touches on their vision. (And small world, I had also done the wedding of A and N's florist and her husband: !).

We kept the linens neutral and the colored tapers muted to let those vibrant flowers steal the show!

The couple and the colorful details made this wedding one of my favorites.

Every year, we decorate for MDVA, and it's always a different theme.

This year's theme, if you couldn't guess, was "I love the 80s".

On an almost perfect summer day, we are celebrating with C and H at Tapawingo.

While the breeze off the lake felt amazing, we did have to rearrange things a time or two. But lakeside weddings are still my absolute favorite! (My husband and I were married lakeside).

The star of today HAS to be the linen tablecloths. Our couple was very invested in their style and texture. Our gold flatware and gold-beaded chargers completed the tablesettings.

And the candle display where guests arrive? It was easily one of my favorite arrangements as far as outdoor candle set-ups. You can never have too many candles!

Other than the obvious (designing and styling beautiful weddings for our couples), one of the biggest benefits to owning a decor rental company? I can go out into the warehouse and pick out items to decorate for any holiday.
For Thanksgiving this year, I chose an earthy and warm style.
Items included: rattan chargers, a mixed set of napkins tied with twine, vintage goblets, copper flatware, ivory gauze over beige velvet linens, beechwood tapers with ivory LED flicker candles and a vintage amber glass vase with faux persimmons.
And of course, dinner was fabulous, especially when shared with family.
And special thanks to who hooked me up with the gorgeous linens!

This past weekend, we provided design, styling and décor rentals for the Castle Farms Grand Wedding Expo.

Our design featured the Knight's Castle divided in half, with one side a light and airy/garden party feel. This style is shown here.

This display allowed us to create tablescaping showing our tablesetting packages: the Superior, Michigan and Ontario.

Rental samples shown for various packages: our exclusive wooden garden chairs, table linens, napkins, chargers plates and table numbers.
