Happy Father’s Day to my dad! He is the hardest working man I know, selfless with every aspect of his life, and the best dad and provider. He makes my world go round in every way and he is the reason my business is what it is. He has shown me the importance of working hard and building something you love. He makes all of my crazy ideas come to life, and will help me with anything I need. He also lets me grow a lot of flowers on his land😜 You have set the bar immensely high. So thankful that God gave me the best dad ever. I love you dad!

One of my goals this year was to avoid that gap in June where there are no flowers. After the spring blooms are done but before the summer annuals begin. I planted a lot of things in the fall and the June blooms are here (by the grace of God) This year my field has grown over double in size and I’m so proud of this space. This work is the hardest thing I have ever done but the beauty and joy it brings is indescribable.

I feel God and his presence everytime I step into this field and it’s a privledge to steward it. I think of these verses in Colossians 3 so often when I’m working, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.” Anything you do can be kingdom work🤍

A peak of our CSA arrangements this week✨ This was the last week of our spring CSA, and the most special for me. I got to cut some peonies from my grandmother and my great grandmothers plants this week. My sweet Mommom passed away a few months ago, and I know she’s smiling in heaven that her peonies are not being wasted, and that they can bring joy to others. I’m so grateful to be able to honor the beautiful person she was and to bring joy through her flowers. I hope all our CSA members enjoy the beauty this week🤍
