Just wanted to hop on and sincerely thank the Par Makers for entrusting me with their annual golf tournament appetizers on both Friday and Saturday night for the last 6 years. This year was awesome as well. I love serving them. I've made lifelong friends as well as word of mouth jobs stemming from this association. We've even been discussing bigger future endeavors. Again, thank you all so much and know that it is ALWAYS a pleasure to serve you! (This video is from Saturday night.)

Thank...thank you...thank you! Thanksgiving in July was a SUPER success!!! I received more orders than I ever have. In fact, people were still trying to order after deadline. (Sorry that I can't do that. It would throw everything off. It takes planning to do this type of meal. You add two here, four there and before you know it you don't have enough food for the people that ordered on time) But I definately will do this again. I recieved so many compliments on how tasty the food was. I love cooking. I love my customers. I talk with y'all, pray with/for y'all and feel extremely blessed to cook for y'all. So again, THANK YOU! We will do this again!😶 (I'll post compliments in the comments.)

Hey guys, I will be doing salads on Monday of next week (June 15-17), plates on Tuesday and take-and-bakes on Wednesday. All are preorder and prepay with deadline Friday at 5pm (tomorrow). Menu for all 3 days is pretty much the same as always. I will post in the comments. Feel free to share this post.

I just just dropped on to say thank you to Felese Shobe for her order. I hope the shower you attended enjoyed the pasta. Also, thanks to Kassidy Miller for allowing me to be a part of your special wedding day. You, as well as everything else, was beautiful. And always thanks goes out to Houchens Corporate. It is always a pleasure serving you for your events. I truly love that business has turned to forever friendships. Always thankful for my helpers as well Faye Briggs Jefferson Daijah Barlow Grace Williams and Kenzi Ford. I literally couldn't do it without you🙂 (I always forget to take photos but Daijah got one picture of the wedding spread. They kept it simple due to dietary restrictions)

My problem is that I forget to take pictures/videos of events I do. I get so involved with the task at hand that I completely forget. Appetizers for 200 and 'church lady punch' were requested. This was a few Sundays ago at First Christian Church. They did a major remodel of their kitchen and adjacent areas. It looked stunning. Lots of community leaders were there for the big day. Thanks Megan and to my staff!
