Contact Improv enthusiast passionate about attunement and playfulness in movement. All levels welcome, beginner class offered.

Special DJ:: Alkemizer

Alkemizer: nomad traveler from Iraq took place in Colorado and called it home. Alkemizer music influence came from world music and native instruments mixed with modern music in new twist by transforming and alkmzing elements of song to new way that represent his travel and reflections throw out music.
I believe the whole idea to play music is to make people feel through the sound of his journey.

What Music is played at an Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic dance can be very diverse. It requires that the DJ be able to weave together a wide range of styles and tempos. Generally you can expect music in the electronic genres, especially Bass, House, Tribal, EDM, and Trap.

Lana is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher trained in India, offering a unique blend of Yin, Vinyasa, and Restorative practices.

Her work centers on connective tissue repair and deep nervous system release, guiding the body into stillness so energy can move freely. Through breath, presence, and intuitive awareness, Lana creates a space where movement becomes meditation and inner connection naturally unfolds.

With a strong spiritual foundation, her offerings invite students into a deeper state of embodiment, where the line between yoga and dance begins to dissolve.

Cocophony strives to bring unique, immersive experiences with his creations, whether they are based in audio or visual or a combination of the two. Particularly keen to media that acknowledges the duality of our human experience and the grey area that lies upon the thin line between the two sides of the coin (the edge of the coin, if you will), you may hear everything from lofi-horrorcore to ancient future to hip-hop house to drum and bass in any of his mixes. Cacophony means "a harsh discordant mixture of sounds." Cocophony strives to find the beauty within the chaos.

She is bringing a workshop blending partner dance and contact improv, integrating the fundamentals with a blend of playful moves!

This workshop will bring exercises in connecting in the traditional partner dance frame, with practices of attunement, finding the rhythm/groove together, and playful conversations with deep communication using movement and lead/follow dynamics.

Cassidy Bristol creates spaces to access intuitive movement using yoga, dance, humor, and somatic listening. She encourages consent culture, flow state, and authentic movement as medicine. Currently you can find her teaching studio classes, workshops, and teacher training in Seattle and Bellingham, Washington as well as taking tours to share these offerings at conscious festivals and ecstatic dance.

Consentuition - A Body Wisdom Workshop

This workshop combines yoga, music, and free form dancing to cultivate authentic movement, creating the ability to respond consciously to our own intuition and those around us. Locate what a YES feels like by building consent from the inside out.

We begin with breath and somatic body scanning followed by a flowing, accessible sequence that blends easily into dance.This music-led journey is designed to provide movement tools on the dance floor while tapping into your intuition. True consent always starts with the self. Practice response-ability with us as we celebrate each sacred yes and sacred no that comes up through this medicinal practice.
