There’s just something about producing shows in Florida.

As we pack up and get ready to head back to Tampa for another production, we’re reminded of all the opportunities we’ve had to produce events across the Sunshine State over the years, from Miami and Orlando to Tampa and plenty of stops in between.

Great venues. Great clients. Great memories.

We’re excited to add another one to the list this week.

Florida, we’ll see you soon.

The doors had just opened.
Thousands of attendees were streaming into the general session.
Then every screen went black.
No warning. No gradual failure. Just... black.
Our primary video source had failed at the worst possible moment.
Fortunately, we had planned for that exact scenario.
Within seconds, we switched to a redundant system. The show continued. Most people in the room never knew anything had happened.
That's the funny thing about live events.
The moments you're most proud of are usually the ones nobody ever sees.
Great production isn't measured by how rarely things fail.
It's measured by how gracefully the team responds when they do.
A cable gets damaged. A processor locks up. A piece of hardware that performed perfectly all through rehearsal suddenly decides otherwise. Equipment built by humans will eventually remind you that it was built by humans.
The question isn't whether something will go wrong.
The question is whether you've already decided what happens next.
Then ask yourself another question.
What happens if the backup fails?
The best project managers and technical leaders don't stop at Plan B. They challenge every department to think another layer deeper.
If this fails, what do we do?
If that solution disappears, what's next?
Those conversations happen quietly during planning meetings, long before the first attendee arrives. Department heads work through the details. Engineers build in redundancy. Project managers challenge assumptions and ask uncomfortable questions.
Not because we expect things to fail.
Because we're prepared if they do.
The audience may never know a problem was solved.
That's exactly the point.

Using Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, and AI-assisted visualization, we're able to present clients with realistic concepts that communicate not just what an event will look like, but how it will feel.
These aren't just pretty pictures, they're planning tools. They help clients make decisions with confidence, align production teams, and reduce surprises on-site while inspiring everyone involved.
Technology continues to evolve, and we're excited to embrace new tools that allow us to dream bigger, iterate faster, and deliver even better experiences.

The everyday work of rescue, from feeding and vet care to creating safe spaces and offering patient handling, is why United Event Group is committed to supporting Starlight Haven Equine Rescue. The care you see here comes from countless hours of people showing up for these animals and giving horses, donkeys and mini mules a real second chance.

What an incredible opening night for Rally Point Branson.

It was an honor for the United Event Group team to help bring this special event to life as we begin celebrating our nation's 250th anniversary. Seeing so many people come together to honor our history, our veterans, and the values that unite us made for a truly memorable evening.

A huge thank you to our amazing crew, partners, and everyone behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to make it happen. Events like this are only possible because of the dedication, talent, and professionalism of so many people working toward a common goal.

We're grateful for the opportunity to be part of an event that celebrates the American story and recognizes those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

We're excited to support Rally Point Branson on June 12, honoring our nation's veterans, active duty military, and their families.
United Event Group will be providing event production for an evening of live music, community, and celebration featuring Cherry & James at the Aquarium at the Boardwalk.
We're also proud that our nonprofit, Starlight Haven Equine Rescue, will be joining the event with a few rescue animals and perhaps a special four-legged performer. 🐴

Amazing few days at Connect Spring Marketplace in Louisville.

Connect is such a great reminder of how powerful this industry is when the right people are in the room. Three days of real conversations, real opportunities, and real momentum heading into the rest of the year.
