Long before I was running The Palazzo, you could find me on the volleyball court at Botkins High School. I recently had the opportunity to play against a group of my girls and it was so much fun getting to play with them and be reminded how much I love the sport!

How many people does it take to make a wedding and a catering happen in one day?

~ 5 cooks
~ 3 bartenders
~ 8 dinner staff on-site
~ 5 dinner staff off-site
~ 5 clean up crew

It wouldn’t be possible without our amazing staff!! Most of our staff are heading back to school this week and next, and we want to wish them a safe and successful year ahead! The Palazzo truly appreciates each and every one of you!

When I say I am at the hall from beginning to end, I mean it. This past Saturday was a little atypical, however being at the hall from opening to closing is very routine. There were so many moving parts to organize with a bartending staff and dinner staff at the hall, two teams leaving for the catering at two different times, and cleaning up everything at the end.
