Our mission is to deliver a beautiful space where joyful celebrations and connections are made.

Located in a rural setting just 10 minutes from downtown Mill Creek, WA, and 20 minutes from Woodinville and Snohomish, Starlight Meadows offers a special event experience. The owners created a serene spot with rustic and whimsical touches that offers many options for intimate events such as weddings, elopements, family reunions and business events. We were honored to host the wedding for Anna and Alex; our last wedding of the 2026 season. We've known Alex for 20 years, and couldn't be happier he found his great love in the beautiful and very organized Anna! Oh those natural curls! That dress! The stunning wildflower bouquet from Flora D' Amore Floral Artistry ! We loved it all.

Anna and Alex were chill and easy, but they made sure guests didn't feel the chill of the crisp Fall evening by supplying a chest full of cozy blankets as a giveaway.

For reception tables they dressed our green chargers with real flowers tucked into each napkin, adding our molded glass votives and log rounds. We LOVED how they draped our free baroque floral chandelier frame with faux white wisteria to add even more elegance to the Sweetheart table.

Anna and Alex, thank you for choosing us; we hope your memories of this beautiful Fall day make you fall in love all over again, and wish for you all the joy in the world!

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY to Shirin and Adan! It was a world of fun hosting your wedding; the ways you chose to blend your Mexican and Indian traditions were so beautiful. For the ceremony, Shirin wore a lovely traditional wedding gown and Adan a dashing white Caballero suit. Indian appetizers were served before a delicious taco dinner -- complete with homemade tortillas! As the evening progressed, the entire bridal party changed into gorgeous Indian wedding attire that sparkled under our Mexican star lights. There were so many beautiful photos to choose from!

Shirin and Adan, we hope this first year together has been all you hoped, and that a world of love is still yours.

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY to Victoria and Cayden!

We've known Victoria since she was a sweet and shy young girl, and it was a joy to help create her special day. Her hubby Cayden is also a sweetheart who loves nature; they chose forest green with an "Outdoorsy Glam" vibe. Sister Lillian did the flowers, and her mom (our dear friend Soraya) shimmered in an emerald green dress.

From the Starlight Store, Victoria and Cayden used our log rounds and fairy light hurricane lamps for the reception tables and our rustic ladder shelves to display the lovely mini charcuterie cups they served. The perfect late summer weather was the cherry on top to a beautiful, memorable day.

Victoria and Cayden, thank you for giving us the honor to host your wedding; we hope the future continues to be bright and filled with love.

The color palette Valerie and Cameron chose for their beautiful union was the perfect reflection of the warmth and love we felt from them and every guest. The rust-colored chair sashes were gorgeous, and the hunter green napkins looked fantastic with our brass candlestick collection. The jewel-colored goblets from were the perfect finishing touch!

Valerie and Cameron knew from the start they wanted to bring something extra to their Big Day. The wedding party wore traditional Filipino wedding Barongs and Filipinianas, and musical and dance performances from family and friends kept guests charmed and laughing.

Once DJ Matt opened up the dance floor, the party took off; he had the most people dancing we've ever seen at our events! We handed out our free silent disco headsets so guests could pump up their own volume, and the crowd didn't stop dancing until the music did.

Valerie and Cameron, the stars aligned to bring you together and to our starlit meadows! Thank you for choosing us.

TAP IN to TapStar! We are "wheely" excited to offer this new rental option for events hosted at Starlight Meadows. Venue owner Brick converted his family's 1926 Chevy flat bed farm truck into a mobile tap bar that can be parked in the meadow or near the Star Pavilion.

It includes two taps, a hidden kegerator, hand-washing sink, and a truck load of rustic charm for your event. Pair it with our standard live-edge bar made at The Farmhouse Shop and let the good times roll! Everything is completely custom; right down to the nifty beer pulls created by 3D printing wizard ; we can say with certainty no venue in the State of Washington (maybe the world?) offers this fun way to pour for guests. Cheers to beer; we can't wait to serve you here...

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY to Kylie and Micah!

This sweet young couple kept us smiling. The rain dampened our shoes, but not our spirits as we persevered to create the meadow ceremony they wanted despite the wet weather. Their confidence in their love and each other, plus dedicated family and friends made all things possible.

Kylie and Micah chose our gold chargers and gave each napkin a pop of scarlet red to create a sophisticated table for their guests...the herb tucked into each bow was the cherry on top! Their small wedding group left extra room under our Star Pavilion to include our antique sofa vignette for character, comfort and great photo ops! Micah rented our rustic 1947 Willys Jeep; the couples shots were lovely and the groomsmen had fun posing along side it. We wish we could include all the wonderful photos taken by !

Kylie and Micah, we toast you on this first anniversary, and wish for you more love, joy, and success than you can imagine! Thank you for choosing us.

Steffi and Bran dreamed of a Secret Garden theme to celebrate their love. This story book vision, the stars, the weather, and a group of talented vendors aligned to create one of the most magical weddings we've had in our meadows.

Camille and the team transformed our humble venue into a garden feast for the eyes, creating a canopy of greenery among our star lights, sumptuous florals framed by summer fruits and vegetables, an unstructured floral arch, and whimsical nests along the isles. In 65 weddings we have never seen a floral team work so hard and so long to get every detail just right.

Steffi looked like a dream in a corseted off-shoulder dress with a long chiffon train, and Bran was dashing in a dark suit and plum-colored tie. Their family and friends were delightful; laughter and chill, jazzy music echoed in our meadows throughout the evening.

On any given day, our meadows have several red-breasted American Robins hopping about (as featured in our business logo), and we'd like to think it was a "robin who showed the way" for Steffi and Bran to schedule a tour at Starlight Meadows. Steffi and Bran, thank you for choosing us; we loved playing a role in tending this beautiful garden of your love.

HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY to Andrew and Karilynn!

We had So. Much. Fun. helping to create and realize this joyful, beautiful, and D&D-inspired wedding. From Andrew's purple mohawk, to the groomsman's manly kilts and playful socks, to the fairy-tale dress Karilynn chose, we were captivated. K&A and their talented family created the cool and colorful wire and dice napkin rings, take-home wooden coasters, and Mad Libs for all to enjoy. They chose brass candlesticks and gold chargers from our Starlight Store, and it all came together like pixies sprinkled magic fairy dust.

Starlight Meadows Barista Kaitlyn served espresso along with "Goodberry" and "Sunbeam" Italian Sodas to create sweet magic for guests. Karilynn and Andrew, thank you for inviting us to help celebrate your love story; we hope this first year together is all you dreamed of, and that your future together is one the bards will sing about for many years to come.
