✨ Hi, I’m Praveen (.nyc) ✨
The chef behind .dosa.party 💛

My journey in the food world began back home in Thanjavur when I was just 17. At that age, I had to support my parents and sibling while chasing my dream of studying Hotel Management. With little capital and a lot of determination, I found my way into the kitchen—and I’ve never looked back.

I was raised by my grandmother, and some of my sweetest memories are of her serving me dosas every night after school—with love, warmth, and the reminder that food is meant to nourish both body and soul. 🌿

Fast forward 15+ years, after working across cuisines and formats, I’m here in Boston sharing that same love through Boston Dosa Party. Every dosa I make carries a piece of my story—and my grandma’s too.

I can’t wait to serve you food that feels like home. 💫
