Meet the Caprese à la Crème. 🍅🌿🍦

We were terrified to put this on the menu. Tomatoes on soft serve? It sounded completely wrong, so naturally, we took it even further.

Fig balsamic. Homemade basil drizzle. A final touch of salt.

Everything about it says it shouldn’t work.
But somehow, it’s dangerously good.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Fast with their hands
• A problem solver
• Flexible with their schedule
• A team player
• Comfortable working long shifts
• Reliable and committed long-term
• Crazy enough to work on a food truck 😆

We strongly prefer candidates who are looking for a lot of hours and a long-term home.
