Our Annual August Break

We just had to share!

To all of our Friends at PO Square,

School is out for the summer and we are officially closed for in-store shopping at our Boston Stand until September, but don't fear! 🌞 We are excited to offer special pick-up hours throughout the month of July. 📅

We will be taking preorders through our newly set-up order site, offering a select set of some of our most popular weekly offerings. Please note that on these days, we will not be setting up our normal flower stand. We will be strictly fulfilling preorder pick-ups and will not be able to take same-day orders. We will be sending weekly reminders to order via email and on our instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jaynesflowers/?hl=en) in case you happen to forget.

Our pick-up hours are as follows:

Tuesday, July 2nd: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 11th: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 18th: 4 PM - 6 PM
Thursday, July 25th: 4 PM - 6 PM

If you have any trouble with the website or if you wish to special order an arrangement, please feel free to give us a call 📞, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

We will still be offering our usual delivery service 🚚 in and around the greater Boston area Monday through Friday for any of your delivery needs.

As this is a new system, there may be some hiccups along the way. We appreciate your patience as we work out the kinks. 🙏 Please reach out with any questions or issues that may arise.

Summer Schedule/Holiday Closures

We hope this message finds you well. We have a few important updates regarding our flower shop operations over the summer months. 🌷

🛑 Holiday Closure:
Our shop will be closed from July 3rd through July 7th. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we take this time to recharge. 🌴

🌞 Summer Shop Schedule:
Starting in July, we will be operating under our summer schedule. Please take note of the new hours for our Belmont and Boston locations:

📍 Belmont Location Summer Hours for July:

- Monday: 10 AM - 2 PM
- Tuesday - Friday: 10 AM - 6 PM

📍 Boston Location:

The Boston location will be closed for in-store shopping. However, we will offer special preorder pick-up hours as follows:

If you're thinking about sending flowers, we've got some helpful tips and updates for you:

First and foremost, make sure your recipient will be there to receive the flowers! Many workplaces are still operating on hybrid schedules, so it's always a good idea to double-check their availability. The more info you can provide us, the smoother the delivery process will be!

Similarly, please provide us with the most direct contact number for your recipient when placing your order. This helps us navigate any security or receiving protocols in place, ensuring your flowers are delivered promptly and with a smile. 😊

🌺 Boston Stand Options:

For our friends in Boston, we'll be holding down the fort at our usual spot in Post Office Square from Tuesday to Thursday, 11 AM to 6 PM. Swing by to grab one of our delightful mixed bouquets or a convenient grab-and-go vase arrangement for same-day purchase! While we're stocking up extra for Administrative Professional's Week, supplies are limited on setup days. If you'd like to reserve something special for pickup, give our store a call directly, and we'll make sure it's ready and waiting for you.

We have a quick Valentine's Day update to share in light of the impending snow storm - we have elected to continue to offer delivery for tomorrow, February 13th on our website in order to ensure that you can get your blooms to you without having to brave the snow. Please note: if you are ordering delivery to a business for tomorrow, please ensure that they will be open amid the snowstorm in order to receive the flowers.

In addition, we have pre-order pickup options available in Belmont for Valentine's Day on our website subject to availability so we encourage early ordering!

For those who prefer in-person shopping, we have extended hours in both locations with a variety of Valentine's Day offerings available for purchase

Before you settle in for the big game, make sure to cross your flower order off your to-do list!
