So, I was wondering, have anyone who used to attend Boston young creatives moved to another city?

Do you miss BYC? What would you like to see when it comes back?

Have you not signed up for the BYC email list yet? It's much prettier than what Meetup.com puts out (and you can unsubscribe from all the other groups' emails from meetup!).

We send out maybe 2 per event (one at launch, and a reminder shortly before), and not much more.

Our once monthly event is back, and hopefully for a while... this month's location will be in Brookline!

A free flowing, social event, for ALL kinds of creatives. It is important to register on the SoG website as well, as they've been gracious enough to offer their space, beer, wine, and pizza to us.

So I also decided I'm trying to find any individuals who are interested in reaching out to a single venue and organizing a 1-off event. If you enjoy it you're welcome to repeat the process. Just keep me in the loop for the planning and be okay with helping with BYC's goals of introducing creatives.

Tonight @ Good Life Boston! 6:30pm til 8pm. The usual. Low key drinks and social stuff.

We're still going! Last month's event went pretty well once we got used to the new venue. We ended up downstairs, basically having a bartender to ourselves. SERIOUSLY looking for people to help with Boston Young Creatives. I am now treating it like a startup. No, I cannot pay you, yet. Conveniently, it only requires about 2-10hrs a month for now, depending on which position you're interested in. This is not a favor, this is a real ongoing thing. I will ask for examples of previous work.

I am looking for someone to manage each of these positions:
Marketing & Content Strategy
Event & Contact Planning
Financials & Fundraising
Legal Guidance

Check out this awesome combination of old school print design & book binding with the new technology of 3d-printing. Creates a pretty awesome end product!

Hey social media people... have you heard of Buffer? I like the idea and it seems really cool, but what do you think?

How does it compare to things like Hootsuite? (A tool I haven't used in probably 3-4 years).
