Join us at Fenway Health’s Strides for Action Walk & Run on June 1 to kick off Pride Month and raise awareness for LGBTQIA+ health equity! Building on the decades-long legacy of AIDS Walk Boston, Strides for Action welcomes advocates, community members, and allies to stand together for social change. Conventures will provide on-site event management at Artesani Park to ensure everyone starts off summer with a Stride in the right direction.

This Saturday, we’re sprinting over to Boston Common for the Girls on the Run Greater Boston Spring Season Celebratory 5K! The event culminates months of training for thousands of Boston-area girls, and instills confidence that goes beyond the race course. With a live battle reenactment, parade, and rededication, Lex250 was a day for the history books!

Conventures was retained a few weeks before April 19 to deliver the commemoration’s three largest events, which drew tens of thousands of visitors and media outlets from around the world. Our team partnered with local agencies, volunteer committees, and other groups to deliver a memorable trio of events that will be remembered for decades to come.

We’re reuniting with Boston Harbor Now on June 12 to host Spectacle on Spectacle, an annual event celebrating Boston’s harbor, islands, and waterfront. This year’s theme “The Power of Now” highlights Boston Harbor Now’s commitment towards protecting the harbor and waterways for visitors of today and tomorrow. Conventures will provide full event support both on land and sea to ensure the night is one to remember for hundreds of guests.

Tonight, Conventures will help produce the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport! Celebrating with the theme "Accelerating Growth," the event will feature a conversation with President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce , Suzanne P. Clark, musical performances, and the induction of the 2025 honorees into the Academy of Distinguished Bostonians. We'll call the production from the back of the room, handle registration for more than 1,300 guests and provide general event management to ensure that business, civic, and non-profit leaders from across the Commonwealth enjoy the evening.

We made a splash at Duckling Day over the weekend! 🦆 💛 We teamed up with the Friends of the Public Garden to bring together families from all over Boston for a day of laughter and fun. The event also serves as an important fundraiser for the organization.

Families enjoyed interactive circus games, music, performances, story time, and the iconic parade through the Public Garden. We are proud to have helped bring the joy to life!

Yesterday, we went to Two International Place for an evening of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and friendly competition! Hosted by The Chiofaro Company, yesterday's event activated key venues and amenities at Two International Place with lounge seating and a "The Price is Right" inspired game show set-up. Conventures was on-site to assist with registration and general event management to ensure every guest had a blast and a chance to win big.

The Conventures team had a great time organizing and hosting the 23rd Boston Marine Corps Honor Run 5K this past Saturday at Castle Island! Despite the rain, participants from all over not only ran together but also fundraised for Fisher House Boston and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.

And congratulations to our winners! Peter Barto (USA) won his first men’s title in a time of 16:27. In the women’s race, Hannah Rahim (USA) won with a time of 21:04. Wayne Ross (USA) of Scituate once again participated in a handcycle and won the Mobility Impaired Division.

We would also like to thank our vendors Ashworth Awards , Boulder Bibs , DC Rentals , Granite State Race Services , Hemlock Ink Custom Screenprinting , Husky Moving, MoveNation.Life , Peak Event Services , AMI Graphics , and United Site Services .

From a sponsor reception at the Pao Arts Center to cultural performances under the Chinatown Gate and a 10-course traditional Chinese banquet, this magical evening celebrates community, culture, and powerful immigrant stories. The Gala serves as the largest fundraiser in support of BCNC’s vital family-centered programs and we are proud to help manage the event.
