Recently popped down to DC to do site visits for an upcoming corporate summit!

Toured the fabulous National Museum of African American History and Culture (), enjoyed a stunning s’mores dessert at Bourbon Steak () at Four Seasons hotel (), and The Party Queen even managed to find time to enact some new laws 👩🏻‍⚖️

Just a few of the many things to consider:

•• Does the venue have exclusive agreements with certain vendors?

•• What are the Force Majeure and cancellation policies?

•• Are deposits refundable or transferable to a rescheduled date?

•• How much time is allowed for setup and breakdown?

•• Does the service charge quoted include staff gratuities?
