Hospitality has never really been about the room.

Or the flowers.

Or the perfectly folded napkin.

It is about how someone feels when they walk through the door.

Seen. Considered. Expected.

For a long time, supeior quality was measured by excess. More flowers. More courses. More production. More everything.

I think we are entering a different era.

One where the most memorable experiences feel deeply personal rather than overly produced. Where the wine is chosen because there is a story behind it. Where dinner lasts a little longer than expected. Where the music, the lighting, the menu, and the people around the table somehow feel like they were always meant to exist together.

As an innovative destination event planner, I'm allergic to stuffy, boring, and predictable.
I believe that experiences should feel alive. It should feel thoughtful, vibrant, and deeply connected to the people in the room.
That is always the lens we bring into the experiences we create, designing moments that feel elevated without feeling predictable, refined without feeling rigid, and memorable without losing warmth.
It was such a pleasure to create a meaningful experience for the Wedding Industry Professionals Association South Florida Chapter () alongside @ and the incredible team at Andaz Miami Beach. We had the opportunity to showcase their newly reimagined venue property, and it was truly a hit with our guests.
From the food to the service to the overall hospitality, the Andaz team delivered such a beautiful experience and reminded us why the right venue partnership matters so much.

Ciao Mis Amores de Toscana.
I was recetly invited to Campliglia Marritima, Italy by the fabulous Johanna of for 5 days of exploration, learning and indulging with some of the world's leading destinations wedding planners.

Thinking back to this glorious day at PGA National. My work with the Wedding Industry Professionals Association has taught me so many things about the art of service. There's a new era of hospitality :

1. Design with Direction | Guests want beauty, but they also want to understand where to go, what to do, and how to feel relaxed inside the environment. The most successful design does not just impress; it guides.

2. Value-Centered Hospitality | Sustainability, local sourcing, intentional gifting, reduced waste, cultural respect, and community-minded vendor choices are becoming part of the luxury conversation.

3. Connection Over Performance | The new era of entertaining is less about overproduced spectacle and more about meaningful connection. Guests want moments that invite conversation, intimacy, laughter, movement, and shared memory.

5. The Beauty of Being Considered | From transportation to temperature, seating comfort to late-night bites, shaded ceremony spaces to quiet lounges, the details that matter most are often the ones guests never have to think about because they have already been handled.
