The question so many moms to be wonder... what does a birth doula do?
I suppose we are just now becoming mainstream & being seen as a need (many insurances are in the works to cover doula services!), but doulas have been around as long as people have given birth. A helping hand, a support system, a comforting arm, & knowledge to help you along in your birth journey. In a world where we sorely lack community, doulas are helping close the gap.
