Set admist one of Boston’s most iconic cultural institutions, Hannah and Chandler’s majestic celebration Museum of Fine Arts, Boston was conceived as a study in scale, color, texture and lighting. Towering florals rose against the architecture of the Museum of Fine Arts, while layered greens, garden blooms, rich linens and a custom dance floor transformed the Shapiro Family Courtyard.

Hundreds of points of candlelight gave way to the intimate glow as the evening unfolded—a contemporary celebration in dialogue with an iconic setting. Every element was considered as part of the whole—romantic, abundant, and quietly dramatic.

For one night, the museum held a different kind of masterpiece created for Hannah & Chandler.

Rain or shine….or a Nor’easter.

Early Sperry Tents installation to beat the rain ☑️
Early load-in to keep rentals dry ☑️
Extra stakes and tent reinforcement ☑️
Full flooring to preserve the grounds ☑️
Minimal overhead rigging on center poles to alleviate unnecessary tension ☑️
Reconfigured kitchen to keep staff safe ☑️
Generator and electrician onsite ☑️
Slight changes to design for ease of guest entry ☑️
Transforming first level of home (and removing all furniture) to create a warm cocktail space ☑️
Leaving slight opening around perimeter to tent to avoid a vacuum ☑️
Added heaters to keep guests warm ☑️
Service team at all points of transfer with umbrellas to keep guests dry ☑️
An insanely dedicated team, ready to rock and make it happen ☑️

And an unforgettable party was had!

Love triumphed through a nor’easter this past weekend, celebrating Sophie and Tom at the brides family home in Osterville. An unforgettable tented reception designed to feel warm, intimate, and deeply personal—made even more special by guests whose energy was unmatched. From hand selected antique chargers, to Sophie’s dress worn previously by her grandmother and mother - every piece of their day held so much meaning and sentiment. Congratulations to the newlyweds! 🤍

Spent twenty-four hours at The Pridwin Hotel & Cottages, planning for Carly and Brendan’s wedding next June! We’re thrilled to work with destination properties, embracing a fresh vibe and drawing inspiration from the existing landscape for their tented reception.

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Shelter Island, The Pridwin boasts rich history, steeped in charm and elegance. It’s a captivating boutique waterfront hotel, perfectly blending timeless beauty with modern amenities. Most importantly, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or gracious. Needless to say, we are big fans!

“The overall design focused on a timeless, elegant aesthetic – classic, yet intimate and chic,” the bride shares. Soft blush, lavender, ivory, and warm neutral-toned florals filled the space highlighting airy arrangements of roses, hydrangeas, and delphinium blossoms, while candlelit tablescapes featuring glass candelabras added a romantic element beneath the tent.

Throughout the evening, the atmosphere reflected the couple’s vision of effortless sophistication balanced with joyful revelry. “We wanted the evening to feel elegant and timeless but also incredibly fun and relaxed,” Taylor explains. Arriving to the reception by boat added an unforgettable surprise element, while the packed dance floor carried the celebration well into the early morning hours!”
