Felt right to post an intro for all the new faces here on what some could argue was really the first wedding of Wild Meadow Floral - my own!!

When my husband and I got married in 2020, I knew I wanted to do my own flowers. I took it a step further and grew most of them too with a little help from . It was a lot of planning, a LOT of work, but oh so so worth it. When the dust settled after our big weekend, I still had the itch to grow and design again. So when a friend needed a florist for a small backyard ceremony and she came to me - WMF was born.

Now I sling flowers from my basement for brides in the Boston area. Sometimes I preserve/press bouquets as well, but the fresh is really where it’s at. I focus on sourcing local and seasonal blooms to cut down the impact weddings can have. That means no floral foam, I’ll reuse vases and drive all over Massachusetts to pick up from farms for your big day. ❤️

The temps this weekend showed that clearly miss summer has arrived. Soon we will be engulfed in the zinnias and dahlias of July/august. But for now I’ll savor the last sweet moments with our spring friends, the ranunculus tulips and poppies of spring 🌷
