USE your vacation time. My wife has taught me that. Your employer will have you replaced in 48 hours if anything happens to you. Use the time you earned and enjoy your life. Do something, even if it's a weekend trip to a hotel, lay by the pool, have a beer and eat Cheetos all day.

Boutique Cigar Companies - What is your feedback !!!

The boutique cigar space was built on passion, sacrifice, and family-driven businesses. But as many of us know… great products alone are not enough. Strong sales support is essential to sustainable growth.

We are currently exploring the formation of a Boutique Cigar Brokerage Firm, led by highly experienced sales professionals with a proven track record across the country, and supported by a national sales lead.

The vision: To bring together a select group of 5 established boutique cigar companies and provide them with the sales structure, reach, and support needed to scale, the right way.

We are looking for brands that:
• Have a minimum of 5 years in the market
• Can support 6 months of U.S. inventory
• Have the resources and infrastructure for growth
• Can fulfill orders (including events) same or next day
• Maintain active social media presence to support retailers
• Are willing to travel and tell their story at events
• Understand the importance of brand-building SWAG (hats, cutters, lighters, etc.)

This is not finalized, this is a feeler to gauge interest from serious, like-minded companies who believe in long-term growth and doing things the right way. Success is dependent on the sum of the parts of what we build together.
