The carousel is almost ready to ride—and we’re looking for a few friendly faces to help keep it spinning. 🎠

The Brine is hiring carousel staff for Thursday–Sunday shifts. If you’re dependable, great with people, and wouldn’t mind having one of the best views on the Boardwalk while you work, we’d love to hear from you.

Carousel Hours:
Thursday + Friday | 4–8 PM
Saturday | 11 AM–8 PM
Sunday | 11 AM–7 PM

Fresh, colorful, and packed with the good stuff.

Our Harvest Quinoa Bowl brings together quinoa, roasted root vegetables, mixed greens and avocado with vinaigrette and an avocado-tarragon dressing.

Enjoy it as is, or add grilled chicken, shrimp, steak or salmon for a little extra protein. A lighter option that still feels like a meal.

The eggs and chicken served at The Brine come from Chef Gabe’s own Nourishing Farms, here in Northwest Louisiana. Sourcing close to home means a shorter trip from farm to kitchen, greater transparency and a better understanding of how our food was raised.
