Throwback to last year’s Valencia County Buyers Dinner! 🤎

We’re so excited to be back for year TWO and honored to cook for everyone again! This year we’re bringing a new menu, but there was one thing we absolutely had to bring back… the tri-tip! 🔥🥩 It was such a huge hit last year, and this time we’re serving it with our chimichurri.

Yesterday’s private dinner for 30! 🍽️🔥

Our clients created a custom menu for their event, and Chef Noah brought it to life—fresh and cooked right on-site. 👨🏻‍🍳

From the appetizers to the full dinner spread, we loved being able to create an experience tailored specifically to what they wanted for their guests.

A last-minute family getaway before summer officially came to an end. ☀️❤️

Summer is our busiest season between catering events and baseball, so our boys didn’t get much of a summer break. We were thankful to squeeze in a quick trip to Denver before school started this week.

We explored downtown Denver, visited the Museum of Nature & Science, spent the day at the water park and amusement park, and, of course, enjoyed lots of amazing food.

One thing we’ve always believed as parents is that food is more than just food—it’s an experience.

From the time our boys were little, we’ve had one simple rule: Take one bite. That’s it. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to finish it. We just ask that you give it a chance.

That one little rule has turned them into adventurous eaters. They’re always willing to try something new, and over the years they’ve discovered they love foods that most kids (and even a lot of adults) won’t touch—sushi, wagyu tartare, baked oysters, crawfish, frog legs, and so much more.

This week on our family trip, we took our two youngest boys to their first semi-fine dining experience. Watching them sip fancy mocktails and confidently order and try wagyu tartare, baked oysters, scallops, and French onion soup was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Their facial expressions were priceless!

As parents, we’re not just trying to raise kids who eat a variety of foods—we’re trying to raise kids who are curious, open-minded, and willing to step outside their comfort zone.

You never know… sometimes all it takes is one bite to discover your new favorite. ✨🍴
