Sometimes we get weary… not because God changed, but because life be life’n

This morning, I had an amazing conversation with one of my best friends, during the conversation, I shared with him some of my struggles with asking God for more, especially when God’s already given me more than enough.

In conclusion of our conversation, he spit a bar I couldn’t help but share he said “Big Dawg, God didn’t leave you out to dry, he’s leaving you out to grow”

Whew! That hit different.
Grateful for perspective. Grateful for grace. Grateful for growth.

Have you ever had a hindsight 2020 moment, when you look back and realized—God was blessing you even in your mess? That’s the kind of grace worth shouting for!

Thank You for making a way when I couldn’t see one. For loving me in seasons when I felt unloved. For remembering me when I felt forgotten. For covering me in favor when I didn’t even realize I needed it.

Even in the midst of the unknown, I have so much to be thankful for.

God, thank You! 🙌🏾🙏🏾

Giving God the glory, creating content, staying hydrated 💦, battling intrusive thoughts 🤦🏾‍♀️, welcoming intrusive thoughts😏, showing gratitude, stepping out of my comfort zone, running my businesses, being a mom of the teen🫤, hosting my supper club 🍽️, being love & choosing peace, but most importantly—praying & more praying! 🙌🏾💛
