Calling ALL food enthusiasts! I am in the process of collecting your FAVORITE recipes from your grandmothers, your aunts, the family that passed down the recipe to you!

I am in the process of putting together a very special cookbook that represents heritage, culture, tradition and love of cooking for one another.

Breads, cookies, stews, soups, casseroles - the funky salad that they made every summer. Send them my way!

I will be collecting recipes until 11/1/26 and piecing the collection together and their stories for release in 2027. Email me at [email protected] for information and how to participate - it's free to participate!

Gators are on and Smokes a rollin’! To say I’m excited about this is an understatement… we pre-ordered two alligators and 125lbs of crawfish from Louisiana - they went out, freshly harvested and them delivered practically overnight!

We still have some tickets left!
Boonville Elks tonight 4-7pm!

Meals include:
1lb Crawfish, Potatoes,Corn (Fresh from Lee Farm)
Samples of Smoked Alligator!
Cash bar open at the lodge!
Raffles and more!
