It's family session season! In light of this, I've shared some tips on my blog about *how to prepare for a family photo session*. While I have a lot to say on this subject, I've kept it concise with 4 categories to consider -- what to wear, location & timing, weather, and how to prep the kids.

Shoutout to this sweet family I had the pleasure of working with in early-May. I'm so grateful for their flexibility since it showed rain that day! These three were photo pros and just a gem to photograph 🫶

Happy Father's Day to my main squeeze 🥰 He's the best dad to Clark and a supportive partner, which I'm so grateful for. Jason is more patient and tolerant of whining than I am. He does bath and bedtime *every* night. He sings to our son and considers his needs in all things. 🫶 Enjoy these snaps from the last few years 😘

Shoutout to my girl, .voronina ! Irina is graduating from this month with a degree in Marketing and I'm so proud of her!

During our session, Irina shared that "I completed this degree with my son literally on my back." I believe it! As a mom of a young child, the idea of going back to school is daunting. However, women are powerful and when we set our mind to something, nothing can stop us. Congrats to this powerful woman!

I turned 40 last Friday 🎉🤩 It was a fantastic week of celebration filled with yummy food, pottery, hiked, fancy dinner and drinks and new headshots! Thank you for snapping these photos.

In light of making it 40 years on this planet, here is some of the wisdom I’ve reflected on the last week:

✨Be open to being wrong. Be open to new ideas.

✨Move with intention. Move more. Move daily.

✨Sink into rest when you have the moment and time.

✨Relish the lows and the highs.

✨Balance earth and water with fire and air.

✨Love more.

✨Be right with yourself. Always keep a little bit of you for you. Know thyself. To thine own self, be true.
