We are so excited to announce the addition of TWO new summer class sessions for Tied & True Wellness Studio ☀️

Please help us welcome Rhonda Hubbard to our Tied & True Wellness team! Rhonda will be leading our new Pilates on the Lawn summer class every Wednesday at 8:00 AM beginning June 3. 🤍

These peaceful outdoor sessions will take place next to the chapel and run through August 26. 🌿

We are also excited to expand our current class schedule with an additional Hot Pilates session led by Brandi Shibley on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:30 AM from May 27 – August 21. 🔥

We love continuing to grow our wellness community and bring even more movement, strength, and positivity to our clients this summer!
