Hello, everyone!

I’m so excited about this new journey as the new face behind the shop! It’s an honor to step into a role shaped with so much love and care by Earlene and Amanda. I hope to continue the beautiful legacy they’ve built, and I’m incredibly grateful that God placed them in my life. Their guidance, encouragement, and support have meant the world to me.

I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to this amazing town, my friends, and my family. The support I've already received has been overwhelming in the best way, and I’m truly blessed.

🌺🌼🌸 Under new management 🌺🌼🌸

We have some exciting news to share with you all. Although, we didn’t get to this point easily. It was with much prayer and a few tears. In January of this year mom and I decided to sell Bonifay Florist.
We diligently prayed for the right buyer. One who would love the community, the people, and the business just as much as we do. I feel confident we found just that in Casey Lamarre and her family. As of April 1, 2025 Bonifay Florist has a new owner.
Casey is full of great ideas and already working on bringing new things in. She is very eager to meet and work with you all. She is dedicated to continue making all your wants and needs a reality. I encourage you all to stop in, shop, and meet her. You will still see familiar faces as our designer has stayed on with her, and Mom (Earlene) has been helping out in the transition.
Mom and I would like to thank each and everyone of you for the many years of continued support. Without you, there would be no us! You guys have done so much more than just buy flowers and gifts. You have become family, loving on and lifting us up during some of our most difficult times. We are forever thankful and will never forget the generosity shown to us. I look forward to hearing familiar stories from your new owner, Casey.

This is probably the toughest post I've ever done. With many prayers and tears I have made the decision to leave Bonifay Florist and Gift Shop.

These last 18 or so years, I have had the pleasure of meeting and knowing the very best of what Bonifay and Holmes County is. The little kids that I delivered Valentine's Day gifts to in elementary school all those years ago are the same young men and women that came to us for all their senior prom needs, and even had the privilege of helping some with their wedding needs. Watching them grow has been such a blessing.

I'm going to really miss our faithful customers, the ones I know exactly what they want before they make it to the register, the ones who have become like family, and the many wonderful friendships made.

It is going to be difficult saying goodbye to everyone that I have known and come to love in our community. I thank you all for trusting me to help make your thoughts, wants and needs become reality.

While I may not be physically there daily I will always carry the love of the job and customers in my heart and be forever grateful for the opportunity given to serve this great community.

Though this season has ended for me, the shop is still going and waiting to serve you.
