🍂 Fall is my favorite time of year! The cooler weather, cozy evenings, fall festivals, and just having an excuse to slow down a little. ☕🎃

Between work, family, and everything else, sometimes you have to actually put the fun stuff on the calendar or it just won't happen. 🤷🏽‍♀️🫣

These are a few LOW STRESS and inexpensive things to enjoy before the season flies by. Because before you know it, Fall will be over and you'll be saying, OMG it's Christmas lol. So go ahead, find a few fun activities, put them on your calendar, and make those plans happen! ✅

Since I retired from the Air Force almost 4 years ago, my civilian jobs consisted of 3 years remote and 1 year hybrid.... as of this week, I’m officially back in the office full time…and I quickly realized my Sunday routine had to change. 😩

Sundays are now for meal prepping, getting my outfits together for the week, checking the family calendar, packing my work bag, and maybe knocking out ONE thing I didn’t get to during the week.

But I’m also making room for REST and bubble baths 🛀 . Because I refuse to turn Sunday into another workday. 😂

I’m still figuring out my new routine, but I’m curious…what does your Sunday plans/routine look like? 🧐👀

Another trip around the sun, and I’m just grateful to be here. Grateful for life, my family, the lessons, the growth, the wins, and even the things that didn’t go according to plan.

And because y’all know me… today I’m giving myself permission to put the planner DOWN. No checklist. No schedule. No “what do I need to get done?” Just enjoying MY day!

Today is your reminder that you don’t always have to be in “go mode.”

You work hard. You handle responsibilities. You take care of business. And today, it’s perfectly okay to slow down, enjoy the day, and leave that to-do list alone. 😌
