So sad to see how many people have been affected by . He has given this historic building a huge black eye. We hope that whoever is lucky enough to take the building over can do so in an ethical manner. Please share the story so anyone else who has been ripped off by this man can share their story as well.

Good news today from the department of finance. Looks like Jeff Jerome is finally being prosecuted for his alleged fraud to investors. Please fee free to share with your friends. Hopefully this will help put some closure to those who were affected.

It has come to our attention that Jeff Jerome is still trying to get deposits to rent the Powerhouse. Please be aware that he is not able to do so.
At this time no one is able to operate an event center out of the building. The building owners have decided that they would rather sell the building than lease it to anyone. We hope to find a way to make something happen, but at this time there is no reservations being taken for the Powerhouse Event Center.
