Columbia Village Neighbors join us for FREE chipping day!
If you've been doing some Spring yard clean up lately now is the time to schedule the chipping truck to come by your house.

We are excited to partner with Boise City Fire and Ada Fire Adapted again this Spring to provide free chipping to the neighborhood!

Attn: Columbia Village Residents!
Sign up here to have your shrub and tree branch cuttings picked up and chipped from in front of your home on JUNE 29th. There is no charge for this service. Exact time for pickup is unknown so please be sure to have your cuttings in front of your residence by 9:00AM.

Instructions: Pile your tree/shrub cuttings (*Grass and W**d cuttings NOT ACCEPTED) in front of your home with all the butt ends pointing in one direction to make it easier for the chipping crews.

Please remember, you need to add your name and address to our list using this sign up link to be included for service: CVOA FREE Chipping Day Sign Up, copy this link into your browser:

****CVOA CC&R Vote Update ****

Homeowners have been receiving their annual mailers over the last week or so and within that packet is a sheet regarding the vote on the proposed CC&R update.

We were aiming to open the vote on February 14th, but there were some logistical issues that delayed us as well as a legal questions that arose which we needed to clarify before going live with the proposed

I’ve been working with the VoteHOA Now website to get this up as soon as possible and this should go live this coming Friday, February 27.

Emails will go out with registration information to the email we have on record with Sentry.

To those of you who’ve requested codes already: We will get you codes as soon as VoteHOA sets those up. We truly appreciate those of you who jumped on this immediately.

We will also be discussing the vote at the annual meeting on March 11 at 6pm, so please come and ask questions.

Please visit the community website to review the new draft and find other information.

Thanks!

ATTENTION: CVOA Board of Director Application UPDATE

Greetings Homeowners,
We would like to share an important update regarding the application process for the CVOA Board of Directors.
It has recently come to our attention that the system used to receive Board applications was not functioning properly. As a result, any applications submitted prior to this notice were not successfully received. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The issue has now been fully examined, corrected, and tested, and the application process is currently working as intended. To ensure fairness and provide everyone with adequate opportunity, the application window has been extended to January 22 at 10:00 PM. This extension also allows additional time for homeowners who may wish to reconsider or newly consider submitting an application.
At this time, there are three (3) open Board positions, each serving a three-year term from March 2026 - March2029. Owner participation plays a vital role in the wellbeing, governance, and long-term value of our community. Serving on the Board is a meaningful way to contribute your experience, perspective, and energy toward maintaining and enhancing the quality of life we all enjoy in Columbia Village.
Applications may be completed using either of the links provided below or by visiting CVOA.net.
For additional insight into what Board service involves, please see the short video attached to this announcement.
Thank you for your understanding and for your continued engagement in our community.

Thank you for your time and understanding.
Your Board of Directors.
