Help Wanted – Fair Show Staff! 🤠🐴

We're looking for a couple of dependable people to help during the Fair Show weekend! Also a great opportunity for show moms/siblings.

📝 Show Secretary Assistant (Lois can't commit this year) Update:
Filled - thank you Kari Smith
Duties include:
Handing out exhibitor numbers
Processing class scratches
Issuing exit passes
Assisting with the exit gate as backup
General show office help
($13 per hour, plus free Fair entry)

Schedule:
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM (approx.)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx.)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (approx.)
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (approx.)

Light showing is acceptable. Lois successfully showed her gaited horse while serving as secretary in previous years.

🚜 Exit Gate Person
Duties include checking exhibitors out of class
Friday - Entry Gate Check In
Sa & Sun - Handing out Ribbons/Prizes
Assisting where needed
($220 all 3 days. plus free Fair entry)

Schedule:
Friday: 10:30 AM – End of Show (approx. 6:00 PM)
Saturday: 10:30 AM – End of Show (approx. 5:00 PM)
Sunday: 9:30 AM – End of Show (approx. 5:00 PM)

Requirements:

Must be able to sign up through the County payroll system.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be at least 16 years old.
