Allenberry Legend has it that it was the uncle of American Folk hero Davey Crockett who first settled along the Yellow Breeches Creek where Allenberry sits today.

Allenberry is situated upon 57 wooded acres along the Yellow Breeches and welcomes guests with casual dining, wedding and event space, lodging and living opportunities. By 1778, according to county tax rolls, James Crockett owned the then two-farm tract just outside the quaint country town of Boiling Springs. Soon after, he and his family raised a barn and house that, more than 200 years later, are still in use at Central PA’s premiere rustic boutique resort.

Starting June 2nd, we're serving up danger with a side of dessert at our brand-new Murder Mystery Dinner Series, brought to you by the dramatically devious minds at Keystone Theatrics.

Picture this: scorned lovers, crazed cowboys, and a one-eyed outlaw with a score to settle in the Wild West setting of Gulch Valley. As the drama unfolds around hearty buffet-style dining, you'll become part of the story - but will you solve the mystery before someone gets... well, dead?
