Unfortunately I keep being told that the premature article published by the Overlook has caused some confusion in the community. While we do hope to continue building a kitchen & venue in Saugerstock, we are still in Boiceville and are absolutely still booking catering. Events large & small.. dinner parties to brunches to bar mitzvahs to family reunions to weddings. Half pans to full service events. We love what we do and take pride in being part of your special moments ❤️

We celebrated a milestone this week.. the beginning of our 12th year as Provisions. Folks seem a little unsure of what we’re currently doing - as our dreams grow we will continue to offer catering through the summer/fall so please reach out if we can lend a hand! From our 400 square ft sandwich shop on Tinker Street, to building a catering company serving all of the Hudson Valley, to working with a fantastic partner to create a beautiful event/wedding venue in Saugerstock.. evolution has been the key. We are grateful for all of the friends we’ve made, food we’ve created, community we’ve supported, children we’ve seen grow, and laughter we’ve shared. Thank you for all of it ❤️
