We are a family owned and operated business. We start with meats that are pit smoked for 12+ hours.

Then our clients are about to customize the perfect menu for their event. Although BBQ is our specialty, we have lots of non bbq choices as well.

Two weddings and a fundraiser! We were all over the hill counry this weekend! Weddings at Eagle Dancer Ranch and Carriage Hills Ranch and a fundraiser for The Grace Center of Fredericksburg at Lady Bird Johnson Park. This is our third year to do the Boots, BBQ and Bier event for the Grace Center and it is growing every year!

Thanks to everyone who allowed us to be a part of these special events.

This week marks 14 years since we started our business. I had to share some pictures of my kids back when we first started. Nicole was 7, Ryan was 15 and Mike was 17! This was one of our first caterings. Looking back throught pictures I loved seeing all of the faces of our staff over the years. I had to include a picture of the food trailer. It has been retired for several years now, but it all started there! We sure have come a long way!! Lets plan for many more years of BBQ!!

Lunch today for the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center Lunch Gala. We were honored to be serving for the 4th year. They had a full house and some amazing speakers. We were also very lucky to work with the students and teachers from the Boerne Culinary Program. Once again they did an amazing job. Thanks to them and my amazing staff we were able to serve 375 guests in just 18 minutes.
