Laurra Does Events was proud to sponsor the Boca Regional Chamber’s Annual Gala, an unforgettable evening celebrating leadership, connection, and the continued growth of our local business community. ✨

From bringing together business leaders and community partners to celebrating the people making a difference in Boca Raton and South Palm Beach County, it was a beautiful evening and a reminder of the power of connection.

I’m also honored to serve as the incoming Chair of the Chamber’s Young Professionals Committee and look forward to continuing to support, connect, and advance the next generation of business leaders in Boca. 🤍

Here’s to building meaningful relationships and a stronger business community together!

I’m not emotionally attached to the plan. And honestly, I think that’s one of the reasons I’m good at what I do.

I’ll spend weeks building a timeline, working through logistics, coordinating vendors and thinking through every little detail.

Then something changes. My response is usually: “Okay. Here’s what we’re going to do.”

I don’t get too caught up in what was supposed to happen. I care about getting everyone to the right outcome.

Events are full of people, personalities, opinions, moving pieces and things that are completely out of our control.

The plan is important. But knowing when to let go of the plan is just as important. That’s event management. That’s Laurra (me) Does Events.
